Funding is available to promote bilateral cooperation in the field of higher education between the Latvian, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein's higher education institutions.
Project promoters are state-recognized higher education institutions from Latvia. It is mandatory to have at least one partnership per project with a state-recognized higher education institution in Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein. All parties, including Latvian, should hold valid Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
The allocation available for projects under the Call of the Scholarships Activity is EUR 1 045 037.

Proposals are submitted electronically in English or Latvian through the on-line submission system till 23rd of January, 2015. SEDA will provide access to the system after receiving written request from institution.
