State Education Development Agency (SEDA) welcomes citizens from 40 eligible countries to apply for Latvian state scholarships and fellowships for research - deadline to submit an application is 1st of April 2018, and for scholarships for Summer schools - 4th of May.
Latvian state scholarships for academic year 2018/2019 are provided for foreign students, researchers and teaching staff.
