State Education Development Agency (SEDA) welcomes citizens from 38 eligible countries to apply for Latvian state scholarships and fellowships for research - deadline to submit appliaction is 1st of April 2017, and for scholarships for Summer schools - 4th of May.
Latvian state scholarships for academic year 2017/2018 are provided for foreign students, researchers and teaching staff.
